Potential candidates are encouraged to fulfill a series of virtual activities, including completing a digital resume, joining a virtual/phone interview, and submitting a  personal introduction video. Eligible candidates are then selected to move on to the next phases and partake in our Success Workshops and Stellar Role Models.

Stellar Role Models will work with  public schools, charter schools, after school programs and summer camps to customize a curriculum focused on positive character traits (Confidence, Communication, Discipline and Sportsmanship to name a few) that will complement the academic achievement of participating students.

Success Workshops cover an array of essential skills and qualities necessary for success in all aspects of life. Some of the topics covered are: Talk-the-Talk (Communication Skills), Walk-the-Walk (Poise & Confidence), Work It (Strengths & Talents), and Queen Qualities (Social Skills, Sportsmanship, Community Service and Positive Self-Image).

Stellar Role Models provides one-day assemblies focused on self-esteem and motivational topics to address relevant issues that surround youth today, right in your local schools, libraries and youth programs.

This is our culminating event! Participants of the Appointed Role Models and Success Workshops get to be part of this event that embodies positive competitive areas that allows participants to exude their confidence, communications skills, strengths and talents. All the while being guided and mentored by a caring team, making life-long friends, getting recognition for their efforts & achievements and earning cool prizes.
