Girls are invited to complete an exciting series of virtual activities designed to display their individuality and talents. These include creating a digital resume, submitting a personal introduction video, and participating in a virtual interview. Upon completing these steps, participants are eligible to advance to the next phase, where they can engage in our empowering Success Workshops and take part in the inspiring Stellar Role Models Inner Beauty Showcase—an experience that celebrates their growth, confidence, and unique inner beauty.​​​​

Our series of Success Workshops provide a dynamic and engaging experience, focusing on a wide range of essential skills and qualities that pave the way for success in every aspect of life. Topics include: mastering communication skills, building poise and confidence, identifying and nurturing strengths and talents, enhancing social skills, fostering sportsmanship, promoting community service, and cultivating a positive self-image. These workshops empower participants to grow, thrive, and shine both personally and within their communities.​

Stellar Role Models' inner beauty event celebrates girl power while empowering participants to showcase their confidence, communication skills, strengths and talents-qualities developed throughout the duration of the program. Guided by a dedicated and caring team of mentors, participants form lasting friendships, receive well-deserved recognition for their efforts and achievements, and have the chance to win exciting prizes—all in an uplifting and supportive environment.​​​
